one of the top 5 reasons to upgrade is because it supports up to 16 Gigs of RAM...

first off your mother bord has to support 16gb of ram (there arnt any yeat... i dont think)
and also 64 is ok but it cant run alot of programs because it cant read the 16 instalation parts so onaly programs that have a 32bit instalation will work

I have it as a third boot after Windows XP and Redhat.

I downloaded it simply as something to play around with, but it is slightly faster in basic tasks. Its limited by low quality drivers in games, though. I dont think it is worth it as a primary OS.

My motherboard only supports 3 gigabytes of RAM, and the OS still works like a charm.
