Windows wireless service (svchost.exe) very high cpu usage

Hi.

I've been having this problem for about half a month and it is really beginning to annoy me..

I try end it to fix it, and it cuts off my laptops wireless. I try diagnose and it says "Start Windows Wireless Service", so that is what the problem is..

Why is it lagging this badly and what can I do to fix it..


Laptop specs:

RAM: 2038MB
OS: 32bit Windows Vista Home Premium
Processor: Intel Core Duo (Centrino) / 1.80GHz

Have you checked to see if there is updated WiFi drivers for your laptop?

UPDATE: Yeah windows found an upgrade but it couldn't install due to a timeout thing. I downloaded it manually.
