Does anyone know what would be best to install 32 bit or 64 bit from Windows Ultimate with service pack 1.

Thanks

I have a asus motherboard M3a79-t an OCZ ddr2 4gb 1066 heat pipe memory and a AMD x4 64 9950 processor. I also have a Radeon HD 4850 graphics. The only thing i have heard is that running the 64 bit vista that there isnt alot of drivers out there. I have not put this pc together yet. I also will be running two 500 sata hard drives with a 1000 watt Quattro power supply.

Your best option. Check your hardware now for 64 Bit drivers. Since you know what hardware you have it shouldnt be to hard to check the manufacturer's sites for 64 Bit support. ;)

Most stuff will work in 64 bit Vista nowadays, and soon it will be the norm over 32 bit OSs. You can run into some driver problems if you use very exotic hardware, or old hardware without manufacturer support, but, as others here said, you already know what you have, just check that there are 64 bit drivers available.

On the other hand, 1kw PSU for that system....huuuuge overkill tbh. :)
