Windows Vista Rearranging stuff?

If you go to the Start button (or whatever its called on windows vista) it lists in a column your name, documents, pictures and music. How do I change the names to different folders? For example I want it to have a quick access to the downloads folders instead of music.

Unless you can re-arrange them thru the Properties attritubes that would be the only way. But i dont think you can do what you want.
