Default --windows Vista Help!!!--

i need help.. i recently purchase a AMD ACER ASPIRE 5050 notebook and trying to sign up for windows vista upgrade from microsoft... but when i was about to click YES i noticed that it said

you'll be able to use both. do you know the difference between 32-bit and 64-bit?

You will probably be better off at first with the 32 Bit version. As it will have more of a support base for it. Drivers, Apps and the rest all are currently 32 Bit. 64 Bit is coming along but 32 Bit is still the big standard. So it has a much wider support base for it.

you'll be able to go 64 bit though an update after it's released.

no i dont know what is the difference between 32bit and 64bit
