Windows Vista 79-80 Processes.

I was helping my freind and he had vista installed on his comp. I wen't into task manager to find out what was running it said 80 processes but I could only see about 30 and hijack this didn't find most.


Is this normal or something?

No this is not normal. Have him find out what he has installed that is running when he boots. there has got to be some spyware and other baddies on there.

I am guessing that the UAC is turned off?

How do you use UAC ?

I don't have vista or use it much.

UAC is the thing that always pops up when you tell Vista to install something.
