If anyone remember back that far but XP was codename "Whistler" so MS never stays with a codename. As for the Vista they had a project back in 95-96 named ViSta. Funnt how it came back around.

ah, the name change.. hope they'll release it soon mmm.. if my dad buy it, i'll install it for him, otherwise i'm sticking with my unix

I really don’t care I would still buy it even if it was called “MR. Gates”. I don’t know what the F... happened but people care more how it looks and what its name than its performance.
