Default Windows "Virtual Memory is Too Low"

Hi
I've got this problem using WindowsXP SP1

I've got 1Gb memory. 500mb are already occupied when i start the pc.
The thing is that when the memory drops low , about 20-60mb, it comes a balloon message saying "Virtual Memory is Too Low" and that is trying to increase it, causing my 80gb HDD to decrease its free space and causing eventually to fill up the c:\ HDD till its 0 bytes.(stupid windows lol)
And the even weirdest thing is when i have about 500mb free on ram and does exactly the same.
Anyone knows what may be causing this?
I've already set to "No Paging File" on c:\ and on the other drives too(System properties>Advanced>Performance>Setting>Advanced)

Oh.. and please if you know where windows may be alocating the space on my c:\ drive please tell me pleease, a hidden file or folder or something

I've also did a Hijack log so u can see.. dunno.. may have something bad lol:

Logfile of HijackThis v1.99.0

First of all, you habe to many startup items. Go to msconfig and disable all but you antivirus, reboot, run adaware and spybot, reboot again, then repost your processes. Also, you can increase your VM. Go to system, advanced, performance, advanced tab, increase your vm to 4096 for both of the settings.
