Question Windows Update & Two Computers

I have two computers. One is a desktop pc and the other is a laptop. I want to know if there is a way I can setup the desktop computer to download the updates and install them to the laptop over the network? It would be similar to Windows Update but I would only have to download most updates once and install them at the same time.
