Never made sense to me, the one option not available in the task scheduler is to "run at shutdown".

Running a backup automatically before your PC shut's down makes a lot more sense than to do it when you boot up.

Is there anyway to make my backup.bkf file run when I shut down?

create a batch

start backup.bkf
:eof

add it to gpedit.msc, user config, logoff script

Never knew that could be done, did it and worked perfectly. You learn something new everyday :)

Thanks for your help.
