Default Windows Task Manager - CPU (red)

When I opened my Task Manager and went under Performance, I seen that the CPU % was going up and down, which is fine.. But I've never seen it red like shown in the picture. Any reason why?

View>Uncheck Show Kernel Times

My computer uses 1.5A-load, .8A-idle, .65A-standby, .05A-turned off on 125V.
