Did they suddenly start after a certain date recently, or have they been going on for quite some time now?
If they started recently, you could try running a System Restore to a date before they started occurring.
Either that, or you could try reinstalling Windows and see if you still get the messages after a fresh install / fully updating. If it doesn't come back, then install your software one at a time and see if the messages come back.
