I recently got a HP and it came w/ a remote which is pretty sweet but it only works in media center. I have combed through windows 7 and have yet to find any spot that will let me modify the controller to work on other programs. Any one know how I can get this to work for other programs like VLC or something? Or even a way to tell what buttons are actually being registered by the computer when a button on the remote is pressed and then map it to work on said programs.
