Windows Randomly Lose Focus

About once every couple of minutes, whatever window that is open and has focus will lose focus at random. I have no idea what's causing this problem. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

That's just it. I'll be typing something and all of a sudden, the window I'm typing in loses focus and I end up having to click inside where I'm typing to continue typing.
