Windows PDF files

You can edit the PDF itself right in Acrobat. Not sure what version you have, but I do it all the time easily in version 6 Pro. The feature is usually hidden for some reason, but you can acesss via the FILE menu by starting with TOOLS>ADVANCED EDITING>SHOW ADVANCED EDITING TOOLBAR.

This will then show the tool bar which has the "touch up text" tool. Which then allows you to edit it as if you were in word or some other program. I like doing it in acrobat to keep it in PDF format.
