Windows office 2007

How did you keep the 2003 version of Outlook? Office is only supposed to allow a single version of Outlook on a computer at a time.

^ my mistake the outlook came with the 2007 office suite

the account is a isp account my nan gets it though virgin media, former ntl

i'll try the settings posted this thursday coming and post if it went though

You will have to contact her ISP to find out what settings they use. Each ISP is unique as some require encryption while others dont. Only her ISP can tell you this. We can not.

i don't know how it did it i just set 2007 off expecting it to run over it like it did last time i upgraded it for her but it didn't

and thanks mak i'll do it soon just not had time for anything over the last few days
