lately i have been having the problem when turning on my computer windowns gets stuck loading on the screen that says loading and has a progression bar which gets to the end then starts again, and keeps going over never loading. i reset my computer and it happens again, then i reset and start in safe mode, close it down and then it loads up normally. i have windows xp service pack 3. will re-installing windows help this or would it be a hardware problem?
