Default Windows media player sometimes restarts my System when I exit it.

This has become more prevalent in the past few days, and it's a BIG BIG ***** if i'm in the middle of something.

If I view a video in WMP, After I click X to exit, the screen will Go black, two seconds or so later I'll be at my Boot screen! and Windows will load up again.

It's never done anything like that before, so what on earth is going on.

I have WMP 10

It doesn't happen all the time
I'd say about 20% of the time WMP restarts the PC

Also try this Zoom Media Player. It seems very lightweight.
