Windows Media Player Problem

hey alltogether,
I just installed codecs to watch dvd on my PC, it worked, before formating it,
but now, look at this:

reinstalled the codecs already, but the problem remains -.-

yeah, already watched it, did not help at all, and the strange, it worked on before I did format the PC...-.-

hum, well I now installed another codec version, a newer, nos it starts, but all I see, is a blue scrren, and hearing the sound...
