I have Windows Media Player 11. I try click go online for Information, and it says i'm not connected to the internet. Why does it say that if i clearly am on the internet?

Maybe your internet connection is bad. Try disconnecting it and reconnecting it again. Hope this helps.

maybe mp11 is using a dogy proxy setting or somthing? never had that problem try getting the latest version

Firewall blocking WMP11 perhaps?
