Windows Media Player 11 Question

Hi all,

I'm running windows media player 11 and I had this same problem with 10. Whenever I open a video it's always to dark and I have to set the brightness higher in the Enhancements menu.

My question is this: is there a way that I can fix the brightness so it's always that bright when i open media player? It's really annoying having to do it everytime I open a video.

Not really.

But VLC is way better for Video files. Thats my suggestion.

Install new codecs.

Google "K-Lite Codec Pack"

and if I download it then i can fix that setting?

vlc is better anyways. it even has built in DVD codecs, even though its not the best.
