Default Windows media player 10

Well i finally downloaded XP Service pack 2 and windows media player 10 then prompted to donwload. So I dled it thinking that it would be better than 9. Well, now I can only play my videos at
%100 size. If I do %200 or %50 it crashes. Lets not even get into what happens when I try full screen. Also none of my videos will play in any other player now.

Whats the problem?

Thanks in advance,

Well, I don't like Windows XP, therefore I don't know anything about Windows Media Player 10, but you have to keep in mind that this is a BETA VERSION, not final. I suppose you could always downgrade if your problems persist. As for not being able to play in any other media player, are you not able to open the media player and browse for a file to play? That may be the solution for your problem at this point.

By the way, I can see that you are somewhat new. Welcome to Tech Forums.
