i think the answer would be obviouse unless your hardware doesnt support one or the other, in which case you didnt give any specifics. You also didnt say what you were going to be using it for.
On another note, Microsoft.com publishes the most detail about the products, so you would get more information from just going there and doing some research yourself.
I dont mean to be an ass, but really, do the digging yourself, if you still cant find anything, then come ask, but i would assume since its a microsoft product, they would have the most info on it.
