Windows LOST...Help Me!!!

Recently I try to install Nokia Software Updater (NSU) frm my frnd's pen drive.It failed to install n my PC freezes.So I reboot PC manually to begin installation again.But after windows loads the screen wents blank n nothing happens further.I try booting frm Safe Mode but after couple of files loaded,it again stop responding I don't know wht's happening n wht d h*ll did d installation do with my PC!
Please tell me how to fix it...I don't wana loose all my files n data.I'm using WinXP Pro...THANKS FOR UR SUPPORT.

Have you tried booting using the Last Known Good Configuration option in advanced boot options?

The option appears in the same list as the Safe Mode boot options, when you hit F8.
 
I put d CD but their in no 'repair' option in it :rolleyes: I browse it but didn't gt that option :(
Any other idea plz!
 
XP Repair install
Please read carefully and make sure you followed the warning links before initiating the Repair Install. You can print a text version for reference. repair.txt
