Windows Live Error

Hi,
So i tried to sign in my Msn 7.5 and i get a message that i need to upgrade to Windows Live 8.0. Once Windows Live is installed and i try to go in to sign in i get a message saying, "Windows Live Messenger has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I cannot even open msn to put in my email or password, the error automatically comes up.
The rest is the extra error information:

Could be corrupt.. uninstall and try clean installation.
disable firewalls also.. just a thought.

Oh and remove any add on crap u might have

i did uninstall and install like 4 times yesterday but still nothing, i just disabled firewall and tried again and the same error comes up. i have no add ons either.
