windows keeps closing down

Hope this is the right site.
Occasionally when I go into ebay, message comes up, 'windows encounters problem and needs to close down'. Happened again this am when checking Hotels in Benidorm. Why?

I am guessing this is just for the browser. Internet Explorer is what you are using i guess? Have you scanned the system for spyware with Osiris's guide?
