Hello,

Is there a reason my Help and Support link does not work off the start menu? I seem to remember a registry fix to allow Help and Support to work...but I forgot it.

Can anybody help:

1. Why do I lose the ability to go to Help and Support?

2. How to fix this?

Perfect! Thanks again Talldude. I guess EasyCleaner swiped it out of the registry, but there is a tweak on this website that fixed it.

if you want to stop your errors you get, uninstall easycleaner

Thanks Warez...but I want to find a work around because I like the new version of Easycleaner.

Use CCleaner and Cleanup! as your cleaning tools
