Windows help

You need the 32bit drivers - you downloaded the 64bit drivers.

In the dropdown on the drivers page I sent you, select Windows 7 32bit instead of 64bit.

That's where I'm confused, the menu only has BIOS, MS Windows 7 64, MS Windows 8 64, and Not Applicable?

Give me a few minutes - I'll find the drivers you need.

Really though, you should have gotten a 64bit Win7 disc instead of a 32bit disc. Your system won't be able to use more than 3.5GB of RAM, even if you have more installed.

Bluetooth (choose BT_3.1.1311_s32.exe): https://downloadcenter.intel.com/De...uct=Intel®+Centrino®+Wireless-N+1030&lang=eng

Wireless (choose Wireless_16.7.0_s32.exe option): https://downloadcenter.intel.com/De... (32-bit)*&DownloadType=Software Applications

Audio: the one listed on the previous page I linked should work.

Ethernet (first one, marked Win7 and WinServer 2008 R2 Driver v7.078): Realtek

After installing those, reboot. Then open up Device Manager and let me know if any items still have yellow exclamations.

Awesome! I'm finally connected to WiFi on my computer! The only ones that have exclamations are Ethernet Controller, PCI Simple Communications Controller and SM Bus Controller.

The items under Chipset on the first link to Dell I posted should have both the 32bit and 64bit drivers - try to install them.

Awesome! Thanks SO much for your help! Any recommendations on free software to use to prevent common viruses, etc?

Bitdefender Free for proactive protection, Malwarebytes Antimalware Free for reactive protection.
