Windows Firewall is off. Yet, it says it is, but the menu is selected as off.

My windows firewall is turned off.
But at the menu, it says on. After I click on it to change it to off, it's already selected.

I talked to my buddy and he said he remembers there being a fix for it, but he can't remember what he did.

Ideas?

Are you looking at it in the Windows Firewall control panel?

Nevermind. Comodo was running in the background and I had no idea. I took everything off of the startup menu, which is why I excused it and didn't think it was it. Once I uninstalled Comodo, the firewall on/off thing was fixed. Duuuur.
