Default Windows Explorer Problem

I Just updated my computer from ME Edition to XP and everytime i open my computer this message always pops out:

Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

It also says send or not send, but whatever i click it just pops out again. PLEASE can someone help me PLEASE!!!

Your system is totally corrupt. No offense. Windows Explorer is you desktop. If that has encountered problems guess what time for a reinstall. Sorry to inform you but i dont know of a way besides advance startup>last know good boot that can do anything for you. Need to get a fresh install of XP on there.

I'm not sure what the problem is but Makaveli is right something is totally wrong with the system. I'd just put a new copy of XP on.
