Default windows explorer alternatives

Hi ,

I wish to know good professional software that has all the benefits of windows explorer but more ....

Something recent and original

what is out there

If its an internet browser your looking for I would use Opera. You can get it at www.opera.com . You should be able to configure and use it just like windows explorer as well.

Do you mean Internet Explorer or just Explorer? Internet Explorer replacement Shawn already said. But to replace Explorer you need to use Linux to replace that. Explorer is the heart of the Windows OS and cant be replaced easily. You might find a tool that you can run to explore your computer but overall Explorer cant be replaced without replacing your OS.

You can use other programs rather then Windows's built in Explorer app as your shell. I like the litestep shell myself. If you want to completely cut windows out of the picture I'd use Fedora which is an awsome Linux Dsitro.

If your talking web browsers on the other hand Firefox is a great free alternitave.
