windows drive capacity

I'm having a problem with the capacity of my drive after installing windows 7 upgrade on my 143gb partition and resizing my hdd, I had 2 partitions 154gb and 143g then decided deleted my 154gb partition then resized the 143gb to use the whole hdd this is what I ended up with

I,m missing 99gb
Anyone know of a fix for this, or will I have to reinstall to fix this
