i have a friend with a problem, her desktop went like this:

all she did was restart her computer, and now this is here, and i cant find a way to get it to go away, ive searched through various folder options and checked around. CTRL+Alt+DEL works, but all you get it the first option for just items running in the taskbar at the bottom, but thats it, there is also no close, minimize, or resize buttons.

any help would be appreciated

So your problem is the bunny on your desktop? If so, you need to run adware programs and then post a hijackthis log.

Run virus and spyware scan and maybe set up a parental filter if the person is young (not over 18).

LOL just go into your Folder View and dissable the common tasks.
If you can't get rid of it that way rename your local profile and move your my my docs, desktop and favorites.
