Windows CE question...

I currently have a PC without a functioning HDD.

Is it possible to run any version or type of Windows, including CE, and BETAs, without any HDD??????

You need some sort of storage device to install the OS on.

Windows doesn't really like to be installed on external storage devices (flash drives/external HDD's). You'd be better off making a persistent LiveUSB of a linux distro as Linux is designed better to accommodate that.
