Im living with my friend atm and his parents are having problems with there Outlook 2000. I've backed up all there emails and such and am going to unistall and reinstall it to solve some of their problems. But right now whenever they try to send emails or such there address book wont open. it doesnt give an error message or such just says there is an error when attempting to open.

I've been browsing google for the past hour trying to find stuff but have no luck, anyone got any idea's? I have a feeling its become corrupted and if i could save any of it id be happy. (so would they since it wont let them send emails right now because of it)
