Windows 98 Problem

I just reinstalled Windows 98 on my Compaq Presario 5140. It had been having some problems with booting so I decided to reformat it. I installed windows and noticed that none of my PCI devices were starting up. I looked in the device manager and it said that there were no drivers installed for the PCI Serial Controller. I've done some research and I can't seem to find any.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Have you got the manufacturers disk that came with it?

if not go on compaq's website and all the drivers you need will be there!

the problem is that compaq does not have said drivers if you look.
That's my problem.

you should have been given a restore disk, that is an image of your computer, do you have that kicking around? If you do, run it. If not, you can get it from Compaq!
