Windows 8: How to disable "lock computer" on local guest account.

Honestly, just make a standard user account. You can configure all the same restrictions that are placed on the guest on the new local user account (in fact even more) through the local security policies. For example, you can configure IE to delete all cache internet data upon closing IE (that's better than the guest account) AND prevent them from changing any of the settings back. Therefore, you can have the "no-lock on the ctrl+alt+del screen" and your assurance that personal data is deleted everytime IE closes.

Don't bother.

I just configured CCleaner to run automatically at startup with PowerShell script.
