Windows 7 tray icon rendering

Hi.
For some reason, my tray icons are not being rendered properly in Windows 7.

It is as if the icons are being rescaled.
Do you know how I can fix it?

OS: Windows 7 HP 64-bit

Thank you for responding.

I tried changing into various themes, but the icons stay the same.
I am thinking, maybe Windows 7 require a very special icon size for tray icons. A size that is not defined in the two utilities pictured (µTorrent and Thunderbird), resulting in rescaling of defined sizes.
Can any other Windows 7 users verify this?

Have you restarted? Have you checked for a graphics card driver update?

Found a solution. Windows 7 require icons to be scalable, ie. vector format, while most programs offer raster icons in different sizes, up to 32x32.

Reducing the interface size fixes the issue.
