Hi tf ppl. i come here with a problem i hope gets resolved.
the main problem is my internet download speed is affecting my lan transfer speeds.
heres the details.
I have a pc with windows 7 x64 and an original xbox with a 160GBHD full of games . i wanted to transfer them back to my pc, and at the same moment i was downloading files from the internet, after i began the transfer with flashfxp i realized the download speed was 120KB/s tops, when on xp it was normally like 9MB/s. i began to search about network transfer problems on the internet with windows 7 applied some of the fixes available, switched ftp clients. but the problem persisted.
then i stopped my internet downloads, and let the ftp transfer from xbox continue, for my surprise the speed went up to normal 9MB/s approx. but the moment i open a youtube video or start an internet download ftp transfer goes down to 120KB/s again.
so if anyone knows why this happens pls share it with everybody. thank you.

router wrt54g w/ddwrt firmware
4mb cable internet.
