Windows 7 retail question

Sorry if this has already been answered but If I buy Windows 7 Pro retail, could I use the 64bit on one computer and use the 32bit on another computer at the same time?

yup, that just means the OS has support for both types of CPU's

Yes they use the same product key. They did in Vista as well. It isnt like you get a Serial for the 32 Bit version and a serial for the 64 bit version. That would be 2 serials per retail package not 1 if they did it that way. Which would be against selling the package with both.
