Yeah, I have restarted after each one. I'm pretty confused about it to be honest - there are so many easy settings to get rid of this, but they don't actually work, lol. I guess I'll wait for SP1?

Did you try the hover delay method I mentioned earlier in this thread? It is a work-around as opposed to a true fix, but I've confirmed that it works on the W7 Professional RTM, so no more annoying pop-ups for me. As it involves a registry edit I needed to restart to get it working as well.
