Windows 7 problem

Yes having Norton installed WILL cause this problem. Even Microsoft themselves with their Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor tell everyone to remove all anti-virus software before the upgrade as they make changes to some core files (Norton and McAfee) that do not allow for them to be changed by anything else. Even a Widnows update which causes it to fail.

How much RAM is there ? You have to have at least 2GB minimum to even think about installing Windows 7.

Im running it on 1gig RAM on my netbook (advent 4211c), it goes about the same as XP home did, if not better. Im seriously thinking about upgrading the memory though as i notice a performance drop when i start any multi-tasking.
