Windows 7 ISO HELP!!!!

Hello All,

I recnently downloaded a legit copy of windows 7 upgrade for my vista laptop. I tried to install it and it said I must boot from a disc. I downloaded the files and they are on my harddrve. I have tried to creat and iso with nero but I get some kind of 2 gb file limitation. Can anybody tell me how I can make an iso for windows 7. I do not want to hav to by anymore software. Thanks.

I use infrarecorder to burn my ISO files.

With windows 7 burn it at a very low speed, if you burn the files too fast you might have an issue with expanding the files at installation.
