First of all, than you for the sticky post on top, I was wondering about the Retail vs. OEM concern and am happy to know that I can buy and use the OEM version legally (that was one of my bigger concerns with this new computer I am building for myself).
Second, I have a question in regards to the installation of the OS. Do I need an active internet installation during the process? If I do, that's going to cause a problem, because the internet I have at home is just a USB modem that has to connect through specific software.
I just want to know before I buy it so I can know if I'm going to have a problem here.
