A few family members want clean installs of Windows 7 on 3 of their computers. I have seen at the stores that there are Win 7 Home Premium "For System Builders - OEM" and Win 7 Home Premium "FULL". I understand about the legality of installing one op sys on multiple computers, but lets throw that aspect out the window for a min! lol Whats the difference between these 2 op sys's?

Under NO circumstance can you EVER install the same OS on multiple machines unless you specifically buy the Windows Family Pack which has 3 licenses or a MAK (Multiple Activation Key) or VLK (Volume License Key).
Even with the things said in the thread Hefe linked to that still means only 1 machine may ever have the OS installed on it at any time. You MUST remove it from that machine FIRST before you install it on another.
So in the case of yoru family, you MUST buy 3 copies.
