windows 7 help please

hi guys i had bought windows 7 software 32 bit when it first came out, i had installed it on my laptop but now its asking for the product key but i cant find my cd and case to it, is there anything i can do to get a product key ? or do i have to buy a new software

Well if it is asking then trying to use software like Belarc Advisor or MagicJellyBean might be futile. Your best option is to contact the Microsoft Activation Assistance people and see what they can do to assist you with this.
