Is there a way to completely uninstall my windows 7 and reninstall? I know about the system restore, but when overwrite with a disk stuff seems to still stay on my computer and also now i keep getting a popup saying my windows isnt activated. My code doesnt seem to be working anymore for some reason...

The only way to do that is to format the drive during the setup process. If your getting this pop up saying Windows isnt activated that means you used up all the activation's that the version allowed. Depending on if you bought an OEM and installed it on another machine and then on this machine will dictate if the serial can be used for activation again. Only giving a call to Microsoft will get you activated at this point.
