Windows 7 Does Not Detect my USB Flash Drive! Any ideas?

I'm sorry. I meant the second window in the screenshot; the one that says "Device Driver Software Was Not Successfully Installed".

EDIT: And by "manually", I mean manually downloading the driver perhaps, instead of letting Windows automatically install it. But not sure that would help. I'm out of ideas lol
 
There is no manual way to do the drivers. Cause the only drivers out for USB are associated with the chipset. Since other USB Devices work, that means that those are working and it is just the specific ones for this device are not. No way to get drivers for just 1 USB device and install them and not mess with all USB Drivers. It doesnt work that way.

From the sounds of it the device was not removed properly from a machine previously. It was just yanked out instead of being safely removed. Your best bet will be to try a Linux LiveCD.
