windows 32 bit weird message

when i get to the log in screen it tells me i have 7 days to activate my windows os. then i click ok and it says windows is already activated. :S i don't want to wipe my computer any ideas? whats causing this error? and should i be worried that i will get locked out of my os is 7 days????

Wrong forum man, and hi welcome to techist.com.
Also to your question call microsoft in the morning and verify your product key and activation with them.
If they say your product key is active and not getting ready to expire you shoud be fine.
I would however advise you look into a antivirus such as microsoft secuirty essentials and a anti-malware program to check and see if there are any bugs or programs causing that problem.

Are you clicking okay through the entire menu. Meaning when you click okay to activate, a new window pops up saying you are already activated. Can you click finish or are you just exiting out of that?
