We have several servers running server 2k3 and about 300 computers running win2k pro service pack 4. For some reason some of the users are losing their cut and paste feature as well as problems sending email with outlook through our exchange server. When they hit send it locks up and you have to task out of it. If I reinstall service pack 4 it fixes all of these problems but only temporary. After a day or 2 the problems come back and I have to reload the service pack again. I cant keep reinstalling service pack 4 every other day. If anyone has any imput on the problems I am having I would greatly appreciate the help.
